Preparations are underway to launch a Cement Factory in Sudan

Final preparations are underway to launch a huge cement factory in Atbara, 300 km north of Khartoum, Sudan, with targeted production capacity of 1,300,000 ton/year and total costs of around USD 250 millions.

Installation of the first production line, with production capacity of 300,000 ton annually, is underway. The second production line will be installed within a year. The cement factory will utilize the most advanced technologies, equipment and expertise in Cement Industry and assist in meeting the market demand of OPC Ordinary Portland Cement and SRC Sulfate Resisting Cement.

Haif Company launched its Ready-Mix  Concrete Plant in Makka

Haif Ready-Mix Concrete Plant  was established in Al-Okaisheiah District in Makka over an area of 100,000 m2, incepted its operations  in 1424 (2004). The plant utilizes the most advanced equipment and techniques as well as a fully-fledged laboratory. It is supported by a huge fleet of heavy equipment as well as other facilities. With production capacity of over 240 cubic meters per hour, it is considered to be one of the biggest and most advanced plants in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.

Haif Ready-Mix Concrete Plant in Makkah is another move by Haif Company to serve the construction industry in the Kingdom.

 Haif Company opened its Eastern Province and Dubai branches

In line with the Expansion Strategy of Haif Company in the Eastern Region, and GCC countries to  to support and develop new businesses/projects,
Haif Company opened its new branches in Al-Khobar, Eastern Region and in Dubai and Ras Al-Khamiah. The Eastern Region Branch enjoys the same strength, capabilities and resources of other Haif Company branches. The new branches will definitely broaden the company’s base of products and services and enhance its role in the region.

The Eastern Region Branch is in operation with key individuals and Haif Company is registered and licensed for huge projects with the giant customers such as: Saudi Aramco (Kingdom Wide), SEC, SABIC, Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, MARAFEQ in Jubail, SWEC, TEXACO in Khafji, and many other government and privat clients. This branch serves Eastern Region, GCC countries.

Dubai and RAK branches is opened with strong presentation of Haif Company and licensed to execute huge building construction, electrical and communication projects. The two branches serves Haif Company in all United Arab Emirates.

Haif company is in the process of Automating our daily functions & activities including but not limited to Finance and Contracting Activities.  To do so, we have chosen Talal Abu Ghazaleh Co. – Saudi Arab Projects, one of the most famous & experienced consultants in the local, regional and international market, to build our Automation system which we hope to go live in 6 month time from 1^st of Feb. 2007.

The purpose of automation is to reduce time, cost and to interconnect daily activities among various branches and departments which are located all over the country.
