OVERVIEW
Haif Dates Factory was established in 1998 to cater to the increasing market demand of processed and packed dates. The Factory is located in Um Al Shaal Area, about 1 km west of Riyadh Al-Kharj Highway, some 25km away from Al-Kharj, almost 2 km after Exit No. 8 towards Al-Kharj. This fully-fledged factory utilizes the latest equipment, machinery and techniques in the industry and adopts the highest standards of health practices, coupled with the expertise of highly qualified staff who perform the activities to the highest standards possible. Haif Dates factory production started with 70 tons in the first year (1998) and increased gradually to reach 500 tons in 2003. The factory production expands as the market demand increases, to reach its targeted production capacity of 2000 tons per year within few years.
Haif Dates Factory markets its production inside and outside the kingdom and provides special processing and manufacturing services to satisfy any requirements and demands from inside or outside the kingdom. Our objective is to produce and market dates that meet or exceed the international standards. To achieve this objective, we have developed an integrated processing approach that incorporates quality controls at both farming and processing levels. We are dedicated to quality and apply strict quality control standards. Our dates will definitely suit you If you appreciate quality, and insist on dates being clean, fresh and consistent in terms of color and size and free of infestation, appealing and delicious flavor.
We focus on the core factors of quality and hygiene, and hence revise our processes frequently to incorporate the latest practices in terms of packaging materials and processing methods as well as observing the international food standards, aiming at achieving the full satisfaction of our clients and meeting their requirements
SERVICES
Haif Dates Factory is a fully-fledged processing plant producing and processing the most popular varieties of dates in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, such as:
Khalas (Al-Kharj),Sukari (Al-Qaseem), Khalas (Al-Hesa), Sefri, SagaI, Nbout Saif,Nbout Sultan,Muneifi,Sellaj, Serri, and other different types .
The Factory provides special production services to the customers of all Dates Varieties & mixed with. Honey, Molasses & covered with Sesame, etc, as required by customers.
PRODUCTION LINES
Initial production processes include weighing, fumigation, sorting/grading and washing/drying along with observing the highest standards of care required by Haif Company.
Following are the major production lines, which are processed by properly trained and well-qualifies staff who enable the factory to yield high quality products:
A. Thermoforming Line, producing 50, 100, 500, 250, 1000 and 2000 gram packs by applying the method of pressing and air extraction.
B. Vacuum Line producing dates packed in vacuumed sacks weighing 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, and 5000 grams.
C. Pressing Line producing pressed and appealing packs weighing 1, 2, and 4 kg.
D. Date Paste Line using 2 types of machines:
- seeds/stone extracting machine.
- Dates paste machines.
The dates paste is packed in 1, 3, 2x5, 10 kg packages
E. Date Plates Line producing 450 grams packages including dates stuffed with almond, as required by customers.
F. Producing new types of dates stuffed with Almond & covered with chocolate.
G. Production of loose dates in packs of 50, 100, 250 & 500grm, packed according to gas injection method. In addition to production of 10kg in one carton by Haif style.
