Restructuring:

During the 1990’s and thereafter, Haif Company has undergone a restructuring process, which resulted in independent business units providing services in various sectors individually as well as collaboratively. Haif company, as it stands now, is most likely a Group of companies.

Scope of Activities:

The company scope of activities has expanded enormously and diversified toward many business sectors to encompass a wide variety of services and products. The Company, as it currently stands, includes the following business sectors, divisions, and units:

*   Contracting Sector, which includes eleven divisions such as: Buildings, Internal Design, Power, Electro-Mechanical, Communications, Rock Blasting, Roads, Agriculture, Gypsum Works, Metal Works, Water and Sewage, Irrigation and Landscaping.

*   Ready Mix Concrete Plants which include 4 plants in Khamis Mushayt, Jeddah, Makkah and Jazan.

*   Crusher Plants.

*   Block factories.

*   Water Services Division

*   Industrial and Environmental Services Division.

*   Haif Hospitality Furnishings, for furnishing of hotels and palaces.

*   Caravan, Prefabricated homes, forged metal and Carpentry workshops.

*   Hotel Management.

*   Car and Petrol Service Centers.

*   Haif Supermarkets (Haif Mart) at Aziziyah and Al-Jazirah Districts in Riyadh..

*   Haif Farms.

This high classification signifies the Company’s achievements, as well as its capabilities and resources to handle large scale projects.

Wide Spread:

Haif Company enjoys a wide spread throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, and our projects cover various Kingdom regions. In addition to our Head Office in Riyadh, we have several regional branches and offices.as well as some other offices:

*   Western Region Branch in Jeddah

*   Southern Region Branch in Khamis Mushayt

*   Eastern Region Branch in Al-Kobar

*   UAE Branch with Offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ra’as Al Khaimah.

Resourcefulness:

Haif Company owns a massive number of machinery and equipment, a huge fleet of heavy equipment and vehicles, many wide-ranging facilities, and employs more than 6,000 persons, which enable the Company to undertake all sizes of projects in the fields within its domain of activities. However, the Company is well prepared to mobilize and deploy additional resources, if the need arises, to cater for any type or size of projects within our specialty.
