Mainly consists of three parts, Green House, Main Building, Site Development
Green House: It consists of steel Structure rested on anchor bolts which were casted in concrete columns.
Main Building:

• The whole building has Raft Foundation and there is no Basement.
• Superstructure consists of four parts having ground, first, second and third or Roof floor.
• Architectural works:  The façade with precast panels and curtain walls internally glazed aluminum/gypsum partitions, ceramic tiles in wet areas, wall finishing includes plaster and paint, suspended ceiling, acoustic tiles.  
• HVAC works comprises almost 22 AHU’s, 11 FCU’s including accessories etc.
• Plumbing works covers LPG, Compressed air, drainage, firefighting, raw water, sweet water, hot and cold water supply systems etc.
• Electrical works involves Transformer with ATS panel, 437KVA Generator, UPS, Communication system, Public address system, Security system, CCTV, MATV, BMS access control and Conference systems etc.
• RESEARCH CENTRE BUILDING HAVING Research Labs, Dates Labs, Multipurpose Lab, Museum, Scientific Films Room, Microscopic study Room, Big Seminar and Lecture Halls, five elevators

Site Development: Includes the construction of parking shades, water supply networks, drainage system, asphalt driveways, RC walkways, irrigation networks, landscaping, external lighting, road marking and signage.
